HIPPY US eagerly welcomes session proposals for its 2025 National Conference set for April 6- 9 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Join us at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, where we'll continue our tradition of featuring inspirational leaders from our community. Our conference committee seeks engaging sessions that spark conversation and interaction on critical topics, especially those vital to our members but not regularly heard at this event.

Conference sessions include a variety of session formats, including Traditional Conference Breakouts, Rapid-Fire Talks (5 minutes presenting, 5 minutes Q&A), and Round Tables.

To ensure the best educational experience possible, submitted proposals will undergo a thorough peer review by the committee. Submissions are due Sunday, November 3rd at 11:59 pm EST. By submitting a proposal, you agree to adapt your presentation if requested.

Your submission should include:

• A working title.
• A concise 500-word abstract.
• Three measurable learning objectives.
• Your qualifications and experience related to the topic/content.
• A brief bio.
• Contact information.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent in November 2024.
