
CAMFT Call for Peer Speaker Proposals (2026)

Do you have an idea, insight, or story that others in our field need to hear? Is there a tool, strategy, or framework you use that more people should know about? Are you seeing trends in your field that others haven't caught onto yet? Ready to elevate your voice, showcase your expertise, and connect with like-minded peers?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then we are looking for you!
The California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) invites you to submit intermediate or advanced workshop proposals that deliver innovative, practice-oriented content from experience mental health professionals. Be a part of change!
Submit your application by September 15 to be considered for the CAMFT's Annual Conference. Proposals received after this date may be reviewed for future events.
All selected presenters will receive the following, but not limited to:
- Complimentary registration to the event you are presenting at (i.e. $480 VALUE for presenting at CAMFT's Annual Conference)
- Promotional exposure to CAMFT's 38,000+ members via:
- CAMFT website & emails
- Event marketing materials
- Social media communication
- Event app (if applicable)
- Recognition as a contributing expert
- Receive post-event evaluations to help strengthen your future presentations
- Complimentary access to one on-demand video of choice (up to 6 CEs)

Terms:
- While not all proposals can be selected, we truly value every submission and may reach out about future speaking opportunities.
- Should your proposal be accepted, the session will be scheduled on a date that is mutually agreeable.
- CAMFT reserves the right to select as many or as few proposals as deemed necessary.
- Sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand; by participating, you consent to being recorded.
- If selected as a peer presenter for our live events, travel and lodging expenses are not covered.
