2022 EBAA Scientific Symposium
Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA)
The Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA) is calling for abstracts to be selected for the 2022 EBAA Scientific Symposium to be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, during the 2022 Annual Meeting at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. The deadline for submissions is Monday, February 7, 2022. Presenters will be notified in the middle of March of their acceptance into the program.
Note: Travel grants are available for medical students, residents and Cornea Fellows whose papers are accepted into the program. For more information and to apply for the grant, please visit the EBAA Travel Grant page.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Amedco, LLC, and the Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA). Amedco is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
CME Submission Policies
All submissions are subject to the ACCME guidelines regarding validation of clinical content. Presenters/co-authors are responsible for ensuring that (1) all recommendations involving clinical medicine presented are based on evidence that is accepted within the profession and (2) all scientific research referred to, reported, or used conforms to the generally accepted standards of experimental design, data collection, and analysis. Recommendations, treatments, or manners of practicing medicine that do not comply with the above, are known to have risks or dangers that outweigh the benefits, or are known to be ineffective in the treatment of patients should not be submitted or presented.
As a provider accredited by the ACCME, Amedco, LLC, must ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all its directly or jointly provided activities. All participating individuals must disclose any financial interest or relationship with a company that produces, markets, resells, or distributes ophthalmic products/devices/drugs or services related to patient clinical care or lack thereof.

To submit an abstract, please select the "Start a Proposal for this Call" button on the right and then set up a free account. Once you set up the account, proceed by selecting "2022 EBAA Scientific Symposium" from the list of options or visit the abstract submission site directly and start a proposal.
Log-in Instructions for Users with an existing ProposalSpace Account
If you already have ProposalSpace login, click on the "Start a Proposal for this Call" button on the right and log in. If you cannot remember your log-in information, select the reset password option. Once you reset your password, log-in using that information and then select "Start a Proposal" and select “2022 EBAA Scientific Symposium” from the list of options, or visit the abstract submission site directly and start a proposal.
