CAMFT Call for Peer Speaker Proposals (2027)

Do you have an idea, insight, or story that others in our field need to hear? Is there a tool, strategy, or framework you use that more people should know about? Are you seeing trends in your field that others haven't caught onto yet? Ready to elevate your voice, showcase your expertise, and connect with like-minded peers?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then we are looking for you!

 


The California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) invites you to submit intermediate or advanced workshop proposals that deliver innovative, practice-oriented content from experience mental health professionals. Be a part of change!

Submit your application by July 10 to be considered for the CAMFT's Annual Conference 2027.
Proposals received after this date may be reviewed for future events. 

 


 

All selected speaker will receive the following, but not limited to:

  • Full Conference Registration to the Annual Conference ($480 VALUE)*
  • Promotional exposure to CAMFT's 39,000+ members via:
    • CAMFT website & emails
    • Event marketing materials
    • Social media
    • Recognition as a contributing expert
  • Receive attendee evaluation to help strengthen your future presentations

While not all proposals can be selected, we truly value every submission and may reach out about future speaking opportunities.

** Lodging, travel, and meals are not included.

Terms:

  • Should your proposal be accepted, the session will be scheduled on a date that is mutually agreeable.
  • CAMFT reserves the right to select as many or as few proposals as deemed necessary.
  • Sessions may be recorded in audio, video, and photographic formats and made available on-demand. By participating as a speaker, you consent to such recording and to the use of your voice, likeness, and presentation materials.
  • If selected as a peer speaker, lodging, travel, and meals are not included.
