AGC's Call for Chapter S.Y.N.C. Breakout Presentations is Now Open!  

The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America is currently accepting proposals from AGC chapter staff for the 2026 Chapter SYNC at the Annual Convention, taking place March 23 – 24 in Orlando, Florida. 

The AGC Chapter SYNC is AGC's pre-convention program for chapter staff, designed to bring the AGC chapter network together through collaboration, professional development, and inspiration. The program is an excellent opportunity to empower you and your team with knowledge, skills, and relationships that will help you excel in your roles. 

We are seeking dynamic and educational breakout sessions that encourage opportunities for attendee interaction in open audience discussion, hands-on activities, and group work. These breakout sessions should align with one of the three track themes below:

• Membership
• Communications & Marketing
• Workforce Development

Please note that presentations should be led by AGC chapter staff and focus directly on AGC chapter operations. While chapter executives are welcome to contribute, many of the breakout sessions will be scheduled during ELC activities and scheduling conflicts should be anticipated. 

Submissions are due at the end of the day Monday, December 1st.
