The MTA's New Member Committee invites you to share your expertise with educators from across Massachusetts at the annual Early Career Educators Conference, to be held on Saturday, February 8, at a location TBD in Central Massachusetts.

We are accepting proposals for 90-minute workshops that support educators in their first five years of practice in PreK-12 Schools as well as Colleges and Universities.

The Committee accepts workshops in all content areas and for all grade levels PreK-16, but is particularly interested in workshops on:

• Topics for Higher Education
• Social Justice Topics in the News
• Pedagogy and Practice
• Union Organizing Basics

When choosing workshops, the committee will choose from the strongest proposals that achieve an appropriate balance across grade levels and content areas.
