For many years we have operated under the slogan “…building the plane as we’re flying it…” Over the last five years we have grown from a five million organization to a twenty million organization. We are at a place where we cannot afford to continue “…building the plane as we’re flying it...” Come learn about our journey to transform the culture of Extended Learning at California State University San Marcos.

Donna San Miguel, California State University San Marcos
Brief Bio

Donna San Miguel is the Director of Student Services for California State University San Marcos at Temecula. Donna completed her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University and received her graduate degree from San Diego State University. Donna began her career at CSUSM as an Advisor for Financial Aid and Scholarship Office for a number of years before becoming the Advising Admission Coordinator in Extended Learning. With more than 15 years of experience in student affairs, Donna is able to provide students expertise, guidance, and support.
