Session Abstract

Have you ever thought that standardized training only seems to successfully work for workflows with minimal options for alternative workflows or steps? The Consortium of MnPALS Libraries has had some of these thoughts. So, after a year on Alma, we pulled certain training topics from the Acquisitions, ERM, and Fulfillment repertoires. We converted them to more informal, individually scheduled sessions with our institutions. We will share our initial impressions of this approach's successes and failures. This presentation is intended for a general audience.
